The Montblanc Star Legacy Collection is inspired by Minerva's history as well as the company's pocket watches from the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. The Montblanc Star Legacy Automatic Date has a refined silver-white dial with the Montblanc exploding star guilloché pattern, Arabic numerals, leaf-shaped hands, a "filet sauté" guilloché motif, and a railway track, in keeping with the product line's design guidelines. The watch is powered by the MB 24.17 automatic calibre and displays the hours, minutes, and seconds in the middle, as well as a date in an aperture at 6 o'clock.
