Certina expands its dive watch legacy with a new, in-demand 40.5mm size, completing the DS Action lineup. With its 300m water resistance and ISO 6425:2018 certification, this model meets the highest standards for professional dive watches. The DS Action Diver 40.5 mm also marks a milestone as the first Certina watch to feature the next evolution of the DS system: the “New DS Concept Extreme Shock Resistance”.

This launch also marks a major technical milestone — the debut of Certina’s New DS Concept Extreme Shock Resistance. Evolved from the original Double Security (DS) system first introduced in 1959, this updated design features:
- Reinforced movement housing
- Stabilised dial construction
- Strengthened watch glass
