The technical and ergonomic features of the new Longines Majetek have been completely overhauled. Its 43mm case deliver outstanding wearer comfort. At 9 o'clock, the outside of the steel case, which has a screw in back, is fitted with a commemorative plate marked "1935"- the date of first Majetek. It guarantees water resistance of 100 meters. On teh current model, the sapphire glass is fixed and contributes to the water-resistance of the new case. The new Majetek has the matte black dial with white Arabic numerals, coated with Super - Luminova old radium. Powered by the exclusive Longines L893.9 calibre equipped with a magnetically resistant silicon balance spring, it has a power- reserve of 72 hours. The entire watch head is chronometer-certified by the COSC. This model is fastened with a polyester fibre NATO strap made out of recycled materials.
