Faithfully reproducing G-SHOCK red for passion, blue for water resistance, and yellow for shock resistance, it combines heritage with modern craftsmanship. The stainless-steel bezel is forged, cut, and polished for depth and dimension, with a hairline finish on the top and mirror polish on the bevelled edges. Buffering components of fine resin between the bezel and case, along with a three-pronged lug design, deliver full-metal shock resistance, while the screw-lock case ensures a secure seal. The dimpling on the metal bracelet recalls the resin band of the original, and with production at Yamagata Casio - the birthplace of G-SHOCK - this model brings the story full circle.
