The Speedmaster Moonwatch is one of the world’s most iconic timepieces, having been worn by astronauts on all six moon landings. This 42 mm bi-color model in stainless steel and 18K Sedna™ Gold features sapphire crystal glass on both the front and caseback. Inspired by the 4th generation Speedmaster style worn on the moon, it includes an asymmetrical case with a black ceramic bezel ring, showcasing its tachymeter scale and the famous “dot over ninety” in OMEGA Ceragold™. The PVD-treated 18K Sedna™ Gold “step” dial is sun-brushed and includes an applied OMEGA logo, indexes, 18K Sedna™ Gold hands, and black-coated subdials for small seconds, 30-minute, and 12-hour recorders. The watch is worn on a polished-brushed bracelet with OMEGA’s patented comfort release adjustment system and is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861.
