Returns Policy
If you purchase an item as a gift please note we can only exchange an item for the recipient, a refund can only be made to the purchaser. The items must be unworn and in their original pristine condition. Statutory rights not affected.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Fraser Hart. We therefore offer the same 30 day money back guarantee (30 days from the date of the order) for purchases from our web site that we offer our customers in store. All items returned must be unworn and in their original pristine condition. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund of any items that have been clearly worn or mistreated.
WEBSITE RETURNS
Items may be returned direct to Fraser Hart Web Sales, Fraser Hart Ltd, 19 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3ED. We recommend that any returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Alternatively you may take goods, with proof of purchase, directly to any of our 39 stores across the country for a refund or an exchange. Proof of purchase is the original purchase receipt which can be printed from your email order confirmation.
All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by the internet receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
