When will my order arrive?
We aim to despatch your order by the end of the business day after the order has been placed. Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days and will be delivered by special delivery.
Any delays will be notified to you by email or telephone.
Can I have my items gift wrapped?
All items are despatched gift wrapped and with a Fraser Hart gift bag.
How do I contact a store?
Use our Store Locator for the email address to send them an email or contact them by telephone if you prefer.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address from the cardholder?
Yes there is an option to choose the delivery destination.
Will my pendant come on a chain?
All pendants are supplied on a chain. The images show a representation of a chain which may be supplied however you may receive a chain of a similar specification but which is visually different from the one shown.
What do I do if the item is wrong or I don’t like it?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and have a 30 day return policy. For further information please go to our Returns Policy page.
Are the product images shown on the website actual size?
The images displayed on the website may not accurately represent the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements (where detailed) are approximate and are for guidance only.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, our website uses a secure server which uses SSL technology (secure sockets layer) to make sure that all your credit or debit card transactions are completely secure. Every time we receive an order, we use fraud checking systems as well as authentication processes before we fulfil it.
When you use our website, the secure server will encrypt all of the personal information you send us. Your credit or debit card details are processed through the SagePay secure payment system. No credit or debit card details are held by Fraser Hart.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship items to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. For further information regarding deliveries, please visit our Delivery Options page.
How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards when purchasing through the website directly. If you are not sure about whether you can use your card, please contact us on 0500 497766 (calls are free from a BT landline) and one of our dedicated team of advisors will be glad to assist you.
