When will my order arrive?
We aim to despatch your order by the end of the business day after the order has been placed. Your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days and will be delivered by special delivery.
Any delays will be notified to you by email or telephone. Sometimes even the best organisation has probems that cannot be foreseen. If an item is out of stock, or cannot be supplied for any reason, we will advise within one business day of the order being placed. If delivery cannot be fulfilled your card will be refunded and the order cancelled.
Can I have my items gift wrapped?
All items are despatched either gift wrapped or in the Brand packaging (if a branded item) and with a Fraser Hart gift bag.
How do I contact a store?
Use our Store Locator for the email address to send them an email or contact them by telephone if you prefer.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address from the cardholder?
Yes there is an option to choose the delivery destination.
Will my pendant come on a chain?
All pendants are supplied on a chain. The images show a representation of a chain which may be supplied however you may receive a chain of a similar specification but which is visually different from the one shown. Chain lengths are 18 inches unless otherwise stated. Our shops offer, where appropriate, a service where a longer or shorter chain may be supplied in place of the standard chain. This is not a service we can offer for website purchases. Please note that not all chains are interchangeable i.e. in the case of a fixed chain.
What do I do if the item is wrong or I don’t like it?

Are the product images shown on the website actual size?
The images displayed on the website may not accurately represent the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements (where detailed) are approximate and are for guidance only. Bracelet lengths are approximately 7.5 inches for ladies and 8.5 inches for mens bracelets unless otherwise stated. PLEASE NOTE: Petite brand beads will not fit onto the Lovelinks bracelets.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, our website uses a secure server which uses SSL technology (secure sockets layer) to make sure that all your credit or debit card transactions are completely secure. Every time we receive an order, we use fraud checking systems as well as authentication processes before we fulfil it.
When you use our website, the secure server will encrypt all of the personal information you send us. Your credit or debit card details are processed through the SagePay secure payment system. No credit or debit card details are held by Fraser Hart.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship items to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland. For further information regarding deliveries, please visit our Delivery Options page.
How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards when purchasing through the website directly. If you are not sure about whether you can use your card, please contact us on 0500 497766 (calls are free from a BT landline) and one of our dedicated team of advisors will be glad to assist you.
