FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS until 4pm on Thursday 4th June 2013
From 9.30am on Thursday 16th May 2013 to 4pm on Thursday 6th June 2013 inclusive, we are delighted to offer FREE DELIVERY* on all orders placed online at www.fraserhart.co.uk. There is no promotional code to apply, you simply won’t be charged for delivery at Checkout. Your order will be despatched using ‘Express Delivery so you can sure that it will arrive quickly and securely after we have despatched it. Delivery is only available to UK and Northern Ireland. Fraser Hart reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend the terms and conditions of this offer.
Our Delivery Policy
To ensure that your precious purchase arrives securely and on time, we use Royal Mail delivery services and all orders will require a signature. Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a shipping email to inform you that your order is on its way. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible and, if we do not have the item required in our central stock (for example, a particular ring size), we will contact you within one working day to advise.
Please note that we deliver only to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery (available only on orders up to and including £50) - £2.20
Express Delivery for orders up to and including £149.99 - £5.50
Express Delivery for orders of £150 or more - FREE

For Standard Delivery, we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will be required to sign for your order. We will send you a shipping a shipping email to let you know that your order has been despatched, and you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days after this shipping email has been sent. If you require your purchase sooner, you have the option to use our Express Delivery service.
Express Delivery - £5.50
FREE for orders of £150 or more
For Express Delivery, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be required to sign for your order. We will send you a shipping email to let you know that your order has been despatched, and your order will normally be guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the next working day if despatch is prior to 3pm. Please note, however, that Express Delivery orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be despatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm will only be available for despatch the next working day, subject to stock availability. Deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions. Please be assured, however, that we make every attempt to deliver within the above timeframes.
Clogau Gold items may have a longer delivery time than other products as some Clogau items may need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer. If you order an item of Clogau Gold and we are unable to meet the delivery times stated above, we will email you within one working day of the order being placed to advise you of the expected delivery date.
Fraser Hart is pro-active in preventing fraudulent transactions so we may, from time to time, carry out further checks before despatch. We reserve the right to delivery to the cardholder's address only, if requested by the card issuing bank.
