Delivery Options
At Fraser Hart we offer a range of delivery options to suit your lifestyle. Please note however that we can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland.
Order value up to and incl. £50 = £2.20 (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery)
Order value between £50.01 and £149.99 = £5.50 (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
Order value £150 and over = FREE (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - £2.20

This method is applicable for all order values up to and including the value of £50, and you will be required to sign for your delivery. Your order will be despatched by the end of the next business day after you have placed your order, and you should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days. If we are unable to meet this 2-5 day delivery schedule, for example if we do not have the ring size that you require in our central stock, we will contact you on the same, or the next business day, to advise.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £5.50
This method is applicable for order values between £50.01 and £149.99, and you will be required to sign for your delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery items are normally guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the day after despatch (as long as the order is placed and the payment received pre-1pm. There may be small delay before the payment is released so the order time and the payment received time may differ slightly). If we do not have the item available in our central stock, we will contact on the same day to advise.
Deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions however every attempt will be made to deliver within the above time frames.
Fraser Hart is pro-active in preventing fraudulent transactions so may from time to time carry out further checks before despatch. We reserve the right to deliver to the cardholders address only, if requested by the card issuing bank.
