Exisiting Order
If you have any enquiry regarding an order placed on our website or any product related enquiry please email sales@fraserhart.co.uk quoting your order number or telephone the helpline 0500 497766.
Orders & Deliveries
We aim to despatch your order by the end of the next day after you have placed it and you should receive your order within two to five business days.
If we are unable to meet this 2-5 day delivery schedule, for example if we do not have the ring size that you require in our central stock, we will contact you to discuss and advise.
All purchases are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and will need to be signed for.
Please note that we can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland.

Ring Size Questions
Our rings are normally available in sizes J-O ladies rings and in sizes R-W for mens rings. Smaller and larger sizes are often available but may need to be specially ordered and therefore take longer to deliver. Ladies' rings over a size Q and gents rings over a size Z may incur an additional charge. We will contact you to advise on an expected delivery date if it is outside our normal 2-5 business days or if the price will be different from that quoted. Alternatively please contact us on freephone 0500 49 77 66 or sales@fraserhart.co.uk and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry.
On occasion some of our more popular sizes may be out of stock. We will contact you to advise if we are unable to deliver your order within our normal 2-5 business days.
Returns Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Fraser Hart. We therefore offer the same 30 day money back guarantee for purchases from our web site that we offer our customers in store. Items excluded from this are bespoke and items that have specially ordered or modified.
Should you wish to return an item to us you should contact us at sales@fraserhart.co.uk or freephone 0500 49 77 66 for advice on how to return goods to us.
Items may be returned direct to Fraser Hart Web Sales, Hertsmere House, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1TE. We recommend that any returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Alternatively you may take goods, with proof of purchase, directly to any of our 37 stores across the country for a refund or an exchange.
Our in store staff will be delighted to assist with any queries that you may have regarding your purchase from our web site and will be happy, for example, to make any alterations to the length of a watch strap free of charge.
All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by our dispatch paperwork.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
Interest Free Credit

Gift Cards
The Fraser Hart Gift Card can be used to pay or part pay for goods or services from any branch of Fraser Hart, Bernstones, Crouch the Goldsmiths, Lyons of Croydon, up to the value held on the Gift Card.
The value on this card can be checked in any of the above stores and can be increased by making an additional payment in store.
Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.
No change can be given when a Gift Card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
Please look after your card as we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the Gift Card if it is lost, stolen or used by an unauthorised party.
The Gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
The Gift Card will expire 2 years after the last use of the card (including a balance check) and any remaining value will be deducted at that date.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions applying to Gift Cards.
