Job Title: Property / Facilities Manager
Based in: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Coordination of shop fitting activities with external consultants and retail management
• Management and organisation of all building maintenance and repairs requirements
• Management of supply contracts for maintenance, services and utilities contracts
• Control of repairs and maintenance budget and spending
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in relation to buildings, equipment, safety standards, etc
• Coordination of bulk storage facilities where appropriate
Candidates should have a number of years’ experience in a similar role with significant involvement in shop fitting and facilities management. In addition to a high level of technical knowledge, they should demonstrate excellent organisational and detail management skills, be numerate and computer literate and have the ability to communicate and interact as part of a highly progressive management team.
