In recognition of our success, Fraser Hart has been awarded the highest accolade of achievement within the retail jewellery industry, the coveted ‘Multiple Retailer Jeweller of the Year award’, in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2011.
In 2012 three of our staff members were nominated for the Retail Star award. This award was presented to Kirstie Rennie of our Glasgow boutique store. Kirstie was delighted to receive the award and the whole company is very proud of her. Congratulations also to Lee Mould of London, One New Change and Emma Sawbridge-Barnes of Bedford. There could only be one winner on the night but all three are retail stars for Fraser Hart.

Fraser Hart is proud to have been appointed agents for some of the world's top brands including Rolex, Cartier, Chopard, Bvlgari, IWC and Breitling.
A brief history
The Company began trading in 1936 when Fred Hill, the founder, set up a retail jewellery shop in Glasgow. Since then, the Company has seen sustained and consistent growth.The foundation of this growth is Fraser Hart’s commitment to offering its customers attractive, desirable, top quality products at competitive prices, with an emphasis on the highest levels of customer service and value for money within a relaxing and luxurious setting in our stores. We invest heavily in the ongoing training and development of all of our staff to ensure that their skills and product knowledge are consistently of the highest standard. As a result we have a high proportion of staff with accredited National Association of Goldsmiths qualifications further consolidating the high level of service and expertise available in all our stores.
