Fraser Hart works hand-in hand with all of the major Insurance companies to provide a complete Jewellery Replacement Service. If your jewellery or watches are lost, damaged or stolen Fraser Hart can work on your behalf to ensure a speedy and satisfactory conclusion to your claim.

We can provide free estimates and liaise with your Insurer directly - taking all of the hassle out of what can be a very distressing and difficult time.

Valuations

Have your Jewellery and Watches valued by our National Association of Goldsmiths registered valuers. Regular revaluing your precious possessions is essential to provide complete peace of mind. In the event of loss or damage, a recent pre-loss valuation can be invaluable in ensuring a true and speedy completion of the subsequent insurance claim.

Knowing the true value of your pieces will also allow you to comply with any conditions applicable to your Insurance Policy, such as specifying articles over a certain value. This will avoid the disappointment of any claim being refused because you inadvertently omitted to keep the Insurer fully informed of the rising value of your jewellery.

Specialised procedures such as fitting watch batteries to water-resistant watches that need to be re-sealed and checked for integrity are carried out in our own fully fitted workshops.

All sizes and grades of diamonds and other gemstones are available - and we are able to offer a service to match or source any type of cut, size or grade of stone that you may require.
