We now have an exciting opportunity for a full time temporary Supervisor to join our team at Fraser Hart, Cathedral Walk, Cardiff. The suitable candidate will assist the store management team in motivating and inspiring the store team to deliver transformational service while maximising retail sales and profit. If you are passionate about customer service and thrive on a new challenge this is the role for you. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years retail experience in a customer service facing environment with a proven track record of performance on driving sales while maintaining operational standards to the highest levels.

Customer Service Assistant (Full-Time)

London

To support the Customer Service Manager in the day to day execution of daily order processing with internal teams to ensure orders are allocated and despatched on time, error free. Assist the Customer Service Manager with general customer service enquiries, providing exemplary customer service at all times.

Principle responsibilities

                1. Day to day order processing execution with stores and warehouse. Tasks will include but are not limited the following on a daily basis :.
                2. Receiving, downloading of orders using third party system.
                3. Execute fraud referral checks with payment gateways.
                4. Timely update of update processing system at all times.
                5. Liaise with stores, warehouse, other team members and suppliers if necessary, to fulfil orders in accordance to pre-agreed process.
                6. Follow-up of orders throughout processing, providing administrative assistance throughout the whole process.
                7. Liaise with delivery carrier as necessary.
                8. Update customers as and when necessary during the order process and any follow-up thereafter.
                9. Liaise with internal teams in accordance with pre-agreed processes to assist with returns.
                10. Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Customer Service function.
                11. Undertake general administration duties.
                12. Assist the eCommerce team and Customer Service Manager in ad hoc activities when required.
                13. Answer the telephone when required in a timely and professional manner. As necessary, assist customers with general and eCommerce related queries.

                  1. eCommerce – online trade & merchandise and operations.
                  2. Buying & Merchandise.
                  3. Stores.
                  4. Warehouse.

                  1. Suppliers.

Skills & Experience

                  1. Computer literate with intermediary knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
                  2. Product knowledge of jewellery and watches would be an advantage.
                  3. Retail knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
                  4. Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to set timescales.
                  5. Self-motivated with a can do attitude.
                  6. Effective organisational skills and communication skills.
                  7. Ability to work as part of a team.
                  8. Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
                  9. Meticulous attention to detail.
                  10. Logical and process orientated.
                  11. Excellent communication skills.
                  12. Preferably passionate about eCommerce.
