STORE MANAGER

Watford

We now have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Manager to join our team at Fraser Hart, Intu Shopping Centre, Watford. The suitable candidate will lead the store, motivating and inspiring the store team to deliver transformational service while maximising retail sales and profit. ECOMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR (MATERNITY COVER)

Borehamwood

Role: To provide administrative support to the eCommerce team to ensure website data is managed and accurate at all times across, product, price, stock and customer for both Fraser Hart & Fields’ websites.

Principal Responisbilities:

  • Implement product catalogue price changes on behalf of eCommerce both at bulk and individual level.
  • Monitor product stock levels across multiple systems using Excel and update the websites and merchandise systems on a regular basis.
  • Check specific website content and undertake tasks as required to update this as necessary. Ongoing maintenance of website product catalogue category mapping.
  • Upload of customer data from adhoc sources to email marketing tools.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports for the eCommerce team.
  • Assist the eCommerce Assistant with new product upload and onsite change-out tasks as required.
  • Maintenance of various eCommerce documents and templates.
  • Use of Google analytics tools to create adhoc reports.
  • Improvement of all systems and processes.
  • To assist the eCommerce team in ad hoc activities when required.

Role: To ensure all activity meets the Company’s ‘Visions, Values & Goals’.

To assist in the management of the Borehamwood Reception area and provide secretarial & administrative support to the CEO and Borehamwood Office ensuring that all aspects and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

To specifically co-ordinate & manage all the Retail Management Team requirements in regard to the day to day communications, meeting/event planning, travel and training  in line with ANG Company policy and as instructed by the Retail Director/Head of Buying.

Principal Responisbilities:

Reception:

  • Meet & greet visitors
  • Assist with management of main switchboard
