Well it is dull and damp where I am but I hope you have got the sun. It’s the 1st of August tomorrow, yet another month gone by. The birthstone for August is Peridot, a light green stone that makes me think of warm summer evenings. If you would like to see the lovely Peridot jewellery on offer at Fraser Hart to celebrate August birthdays click here. Birthstone jewellery is a lovely gift so be ready and check the birthstones for the other months of the year. Just click here.
Have fun with colour and enjoy.
Well, the store opened yesterday after a major refurbishment and a pretty hectic day on Wednesday when the staff worked well into the night to make sure the finishing touches were all in place.
Customers visiting the store yesterday were overwhelmed and some of the comments we heard were -
‘Love the design’; ‘Love the layout’; ‘We really understand the heritage’; ‘Crouch has come back home’.
Come along and see for yourself.
At last the day is here! Our store in Swansea re-opens with a brand new look and a new name – CROUCH. Come along and see what we have in store for you now. The most memorable moment in the Omega Speedmaster’s history was undoubtedly 21 July 1969 at 02:56 GMT. The Apollo 11 mission was a milestone in history and the Omega Speedmaster became the first watch (and the only watch since) to be worn on the Moon. With this unique accomplishment came a unique nickname: the Moonwatch.
Today’s Omega Moonwatch is available to purchase. Click here to see it. http://www.fraserhart.co.uk/search.aspx?SearchTerm=0730516
If you live in the Swansea area you may have noticed that our Swansea Goldsmiths store is closed just at the moment. It is undergoing a transformation and is due to re-open on the 28th July. Gary Speed (Welsh Football Manager) is going to be there on the official opening day on the 4th August so it will be a good kick off! It is going to look amazing. It will even have a new name, Crouch, the same name as our sister stores in Cardiff. In the 1940’s there was a Crouch store in Swansea so Crouch is coming back to the city.
I can’t believe a week has gone by since we collected this award, voted for by the industry, at a ceremony in London. The excitement is still with us as we are so pleased to be the recipient for the fifth time. The award has joined the other four in our display cabinet!
